AnnMarie Bacchus was born in Guyana, South America, and moved to Fort Lauderdale at the age of five, spending most of her life in South Florida. From a young age, she had always been fascinated by home remodeling projects, construction, and interior design, and over time that curiosity grew into a passion for investing and helping friends and family make thoughtful real estate decisions. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University, AnnMarie now lives in Brickell Miami, with her husband and her fur-baby, enjoying the neighborhood she calls home and all that city life has to offer.
Before entering real estate professionally, AnnMarie gained valuable corporate experience in the home improvement industry, building a strong foundation in market analysis, data evaluation, and customer experience. This experience sharpened her focus on data-driven decision-making, allowing her to blend market knowledge, analytical insight, and a client-first approach to support every real estate decision.
